Edu-Resources
Conservation depends on educated, informed & knowledgeable humans in order to break the cycle of ignorance, lack of wildlife knowledge, environmental destruction and the loss of natural habitat and wildlife species.
In South Africa (as in other African countries), many learners and schools still depends on hardcopy BOOKS and other printed resources as their ONLY source of information as they often do not have internet access. The WEF’s mission, through our various projects, is to empower these learners, students and educators within communities with wildlife & environmental knowledge and the supporting educational resources.
We develop and distribute educational resource material in association with our supporters and various professional and corporate partners (view more).
YOU are invited to also become a supporter and partner of CONSERVATION through EDUCATION and together we can break the cycle of destruction.
Join us TODAY and be part of the long-term solution to our planet’s conservation challenges.
HERO Challenge
We invite YOU to support our HERO Challenge.
What does this mean:
- Your support of the WEF’s HERO Challenge will help the WEF to provide more learners, educators and schools with conservation knowledge, books and other educational resources;
- YOU will be recognised by the Wildlife Education Foundation as a “HERO who CARES” for our planet, and YOUR NAME will be added to the WEF’s WALL of Wildlife Heroes
