WildTalks
WildTalks is a WEF project devoted to spreading REAL conservation, wildlife and environmental knowledge and information, usually in the form of short, powerful audiovisual talks (10 minutes or less) and published articles – both online and hard copy.
We believe in the power of knowledge to change human attitudes and actions, to help provide long-term conservation solutions and, ultimately, a healthy environment and planet.
On wild-talks.org, we’re building a platform of conservation knowledge from the most informed, qualified, experienced and inspired professionals, conservationists and thinkers — and a community of passionate souls to participate, engage with ideas and each other, both online and at WildTalks events.
In fact, everything we do — from our WildTalks events to the published Wild Talks articles/magazine — is driven by this goal: To make quality, factual, and scientific conservation and wildlife knowledge accessible, to inform, educate and inspire humanity to act positively towards our natural world, with respect, compassion and integrity – based on professional conservation knowledge.
“When it comes to conservation, we must appeal to human logic and not only human emotion if we want long-term solutions to our conservation challenges”
WildTalks utilises all media resources, including an online WildTalks Conservation publication/magazine to share professional, factual and scientific conservation and wildlife knowledge and information.
